Hello Force Fire, reading the "Bulbapedia:Userspace policy#Circumventing the userspace policy" I can't see what's wrong with the following approach: First I've created the content of a section at my talk page (like a test stage), then I've deployed it to the target (that's GO LIVE to productive stage). Do you want me, that I should delete my test-content after deployment? Sorry, maybe I've missed that rule on reading all guide lines.
