8000?

Wasn't this the 8000 page? --Theryguy512 12:07, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

I thought so *throws confetti* Midnight Celtic 13:15, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

This was... Tina 15:59, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

Oops, *Picks up confetti* Midnight Celtic 18:13, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

No, the article count says that there's 8007 right now. Count down the newly created ones, and you'll see that this is the 8000. --Theryguy512 21:13, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
I was online the moment it said '7,998', and shortly I made two TCG articles, one on a Psyduck card, the other on a Rattata card. The Rattata card, was the 8000th article. I saw it happen.. Tina 21:18, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
Yea, but then a page became a redirect, making it 7999, then this page was made, the 8000. --Theryguy512 22:14, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
Ah, okay. Lol I felt bad anyway "making the 8000th article" anyway, since I know you wanted to. xD Tina 22:15, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
Yes... It's all your fault. Look at what you did! PokeManiac102 22:20, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
It's okay. So should we notify here that this was the 8000 page? --Theryguy512 00:23, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
In my opinion, no. There were 8000 articles for 7.5 hours before this was created. Zurqoxn 01:48, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

DP063

I think there is one in this episode, can anyone fill it in? MoldyOrange 02:42, 29 June 2008 (UTC)

Incomplete

A lot... there's like only 25, when TR used millions of mechas... this seriously needs work to do --Wowy 12:25, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, theres not even a single thing shown for all of AG series and I'm sure there had to be atleast one. --Hey1031 23:31, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

Movie Mechas

I was watching The Rise of Darkrai today and noticed that Team rocket was in a carnivine balloon. Should this be added? –MasterKenobi 00:47, 2 July 2009 (UTC)

A Mecha is a Mecha is a Mecha -- go for it --Manga-in-a-bottle 10:55, 26 December 2009 (UTC)

DP157

Kamex is Blastoise's Japanese name, because if so that's what Team Rocket called it, they called it "Kamex-kun" now I understand how it is with opinions and stuff, but that's what Team Rocket explicitly called it. --Dman dustin 11:55, 11 February 2010 (UTC)

Titles

Some say "Mach," while others say "Mark." Mark seems somewhat odd... Mach makes more sense... is this how it was dubbed or what? ht14 14:43, 31 May 2010 (UTC)

A LOT more mechas!

Why is the DP section so small. Team Rocket used a lot more mechas after An Elite Coverup. This must be updated! User:TheBlackPokemonMaster

Sleight of Sand!

Isn't one of the machines used by Cassidy and Butch? No one on the corner got swagga like Mpcamel1729...modified from Paper Planes by M.I.A. 01:58, 12 March 2012 (UTC)

Split page

Can we split into Team Rocket's Meowth balloon and Team Rocket's Magikarp submarine so we can add and copy some information about these? Cinday123 (Talk) 00:57, 7 January 2014 (UTC)

This is currently being discussed on the fourms. I would recommend posting there if you would like to state your opinion on any of the articles. (Technically, Maverick Nate should have switched to the new topics a few days ago, but a little extra time doesn't hurt.) --Super goku (talk) 01:11, 7 January 2014 (UTC)
I leave it extended if I'd like more replies before making the change. (I was also moving last Saturday, and simply didn't have the time.) MaverickNate 02:59, 7 January 2014 (UTC)
Ah, sorry about that, I just assumed that it was accidental. --Super goku (talk) 03:40, 7 January 2014 (UTC)

A laptop is not a mecha

In fact, a majority of these aren't mechas at all. Particularly the BW section; they are more like devices and/or weaponry. A mecha should be limited to mechanical robots, not a smartphone. Though when you get down to it, the BW section is probably the only section with questionable "Mecha" as everything before and after fit the "Mecha criteria".--ForceFire 04:30, 16 January 2014 (UTC)

MY PROPOSAL IIIISSS... that we split off some of the questionable mecha to Team Rocket's Device/Weaponry or something similar.--ForceFire 04:33, 16 January 2014 (UTC)

EP215

In the EP215 "Octillery The Outcast" , Team Rocket have an aquarium truck where they aspire some Remoraid, I think it should be added what you think ? - unsigned comment from LeoKetchumB (talkcontribs)

Vehicles, weaponry, and balloon attachments

Either a second section should be added and linked to this page or the title of the page should be changed to include all of Team Rocket's devices. Technically if the article were to only be limited to mechas, having been defined as a walking or moving object with arms or legs which resembles an animal or Pokémon, then many of these contraptions shouldn't be on here at all. Ones that should be removed include: Flying Stadium, Team Rocket Automated Pep Squad, The Pitching Machine, The Snowball Launcher, and The Gust Attack Blowing Vac, just to name a few.

I propose that the page be divided into 6 sections:

  • Machines resembling Pokémon
  • Drills
  • Machines with arms and/or legs
  • Vehicles (such as getaway cars and trucks)
  • Devices and weaponry
  • Balloon attachments and add-ons

Right now the page is missing over 40 different devices if not way more. Removing so many of Team Rocket's devices from this page, or including some while excluding others seems beyond counterproductive. TomAto (talk) 16:21, 7 April 2014 (UTC)

I've created a sub page for the "mechas" that I've removed. For me, a Mecha is simply just a humanoid robot or a robotic version of a Pokemon. The page I've created is mainly for weapons, vehicles and devices.--ForceFire 02:11, 11 April 2014 (UTC)
This is agreeable, especially with how Best Wishes and XY have generally changed the tone of Team Rocket's technology away from classic mechas and more toward conventional weaponry in many circumstances. With the prominence of their different technology a separate page for non-mecha tools feels justified. --The Great Butler (talk) 03:09, 11 April 2014 (UTC)

EP230 - Steel Arm

In EP230 "Hatching a Plan", Meowth of the Team Rocket use a steel arm --LeoKetchumB (talk) 19:14, 10 April 2014 (UTC)

In EP242 "As clear as crystal", Team Rocket uses a special mecha to catch Ash's Pikachu--LeoKetchumB (talk) 21:26, 18 April 2014 (UTC)

EP054

In EP054, Team Rocket uses a vehicle that looks like a Growlithe.--Alunsage1 (talk) 09:08, 2 August 2014 (UTC)

About Team Rocket's Balloon

This is part of anime physics that whenever Team Rocket's Balloon blows up and still got it the next episodes, right? - unsigned comment from JasonL (talkcontribs)

I think I messed up.

I think that I did a MAJOR derp when I edited the page because the manga mechas are appearing in the description area f the robo bewear from SM140 and the other robo bewear from SM133 poke problem's infobox appears BLACK. IDK how to fix it tho. PLMMJ2011 (talk) 04:52, 12 August 2020 (UTC)

Yup I definitely derped up because the related articles box has been absorbed into Deluxe Robo Bewear's description. Forgive me for i have sinned greatly. PLMMJ2011 (talk) 05:01, 12 August 2020 (UTC)

Uhhhhh...okay...? GrammarFreak01 (talk) 07:04, 12 August 2020 (UTC)

Island of the Giant Pokemon

These are robots in a theme park owned by Giovanni. It is called a grey area since it is not a part of the trio's schemes. I am wondering if we can make a Miscellaneous subsection under the Kanto section and mention these theme park robots. Eastern Goldfinch (talk) 15:27, 28 November 2020 (UTC)

AG076

In episode AG076 team Rocket has a steel drill mecha. It is destroyed by Pikachu and Baltoy. Mateussf (talk) 18:49, 2 January 2021 (UTC)

See here. I moved it there since it's more of a vehicle than it is a mecha.--ForceFire 03:47, 3 January 2021 (UTC)
