Michelle with her Bagon

Michelle (Japanese: ミシェル Michelle) is a character of the day who appeared in Let Bagons Be Bagons.

While on their way to Fallarbor Town, Ash and his friends noticed a Bagon trying to jump off a cliff. As it turned out, the Bagon belonged to Michelle. She informed Ash and the others that it was determined to fly. To help support Bagon's ambitions, Michelle had built a special set of computer analysis glasses so it could evolve into a Salamence as soon as possible.

Upon hearing this, Ash took on Michelle in a battle. The match was an ardous confrontation, with Michelle's glasses helping Bagon to land direct hits and evade Pikachu's own attacks. Michelle realized the power of encouragement and determination was key to Ash's remarkable Pokémon.

Interrupting the match, Team Rocket later kidnapped Bagon for their boss. Incidentally, they assisted Bagon in achieving its flying ambitions because of their jet pack. Michelle assisted Ash in recovering Pikachu from the trio's clutches, as she maneuvered Bagon's new jet pack with the dropped remote control. Afterwards, Michelle and the others watched as Bagon evolved into Shelgon.

Michelle's Bagon

Michelle's Shelgon
Bagon → Shelgon
Shelgon wanted to fly very badly when it was still in its Bagon stage, so it took to cliff jumping. Michelle supported its endeavors, hoping that Bagon would eventually have enough experience to gain its wings when it evolved into a Salamence.

Michelle later agreed to battle against Ash and his Pikachu. Bagon quickly gained the upper hand thanks to Michelle's special analytical glasses, ensuring Bagon attacked and evaded with precision. Its hard head proved to be Bagon's best defense and offense in battle.

The match, however, was interrupted when Meowth swooped in with a jet pack and stole Bagon. In the confrontation, Jessie dropped the jet pack remote, which caused the jet pack to go hay wire, sending Meowth and Bagon zooming off into the distance. After crashing, Bagon was not dissapointed by its first real experience of flight and took to the jet pack. Ash and the others located Bagon once again, and it teamed up with Ash's Treecko to rescue Pikachu in an aerial pursuit. After Pikachu's rescue, Bagon evolved into a Shelgon, exciting everyone as it was only a step away from developing wings.

Shelgon's only known move is Skull Bash.
