This Alolan Vulpix will be distributed via local wireless at the Pokémon Center Sapporo in Japan from December 1, 2016 to January 31, 2017. It will be distributed to celebrate the reopening of the Pokémon Center Sapporo.

It will also be distributed at the Pokémon Center Sapporo pre-open (Japanese: ポケモンセンターサッポロ プレオープン) event on November 30, 2016.
