Evelyn (Japanese: エリモ Erimo) was a character of the day of the anime who appeared in The Relicanth Really Can!.

Evelyn is first seen inside Adam's shop when he brings Ash and his friends inside, and introduces her as his wife. He then has her analyze the emeralds he found on his search underwater, but she determines that they're only Green Shards, and while they're worth more than anything else in the shop, aren't worth enough to make them wealthy. This disappoints Adam for a moment, but he then deduces that the shards are from the King Neptune, a sunken ship. Evelyn suggests the Relicanth could lead them to the King Neptune, so the group set out to find the sunken ship in Adam's submarine.

Evelyn drives the group out to the middle of the ocean in a large boat, while Adam, Ash, Brock, May, and Max go exploring in the submarine, keeping communication via radio. Adam and Evelyn continue to keep contact until Team Rocket suddenly appears and fires underwater missiles at the submarine and then rush ahead to get a lead on the treasure, only to be swept away by a current. Adam then sees a Relicanth dive into the ocean current and he follows after it. The current causes damage to the submarine, cutting off radio communication, causing Evelyn distress.

After an hour, a relieved Evelyn gets a response from Adam through the radio that he and everyone else are returning to the surface safely. Once aboard the ship, Evelyn scolds Adam for losing contact. She then explains that she's been tracking Team Rocket on radar since they escaped the Relicanth cave with the treasure, and brings the ship to Team Rocket. After Team Rocket is sent blasting off, Adam opens up the chest to find a bounty of Green Shards. Evelyn then encourages him by saying they could make their own jewelry from the Shards to sell to customers, and promises to give May the first necklace they make.
