Today is Wednesday 25 September, 2024 Your move: Extremespeed ExtremeSpeed (Japanese: しんそく Godspeed) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation II. It was the Signature move of Arcanine in Gold and Silver Versions. In Generation II and IV, Extremespeed always went first regardless of the opponent's speed, unless they used a move with a higher priority. If the opposing Pokémon uses a move with the same priority as Extremespeed, the order of the attacks will be calculated normally. In Generation V, Extremespeed's priority became +2. Smeargle was the only Pokémon to receive STAB from Extremespeed until a special Zigzagoon was released with the attack, and the move became available to more Pokémon in Generation IV. Extremespeed was featured on four events Pokémon: Raikou, Entei, Suicune, and Deoxys. Extremespeed was also one of the moves known by the Lucario in Super Smash Bros.
