Flame Wheel is a Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation II that deals a small amount of damage.
Effect
Flame Wheel will, if the user is frozen, heal its condition, and then do damage to the opponent. It is one of only two moves to do so, the other being Sacred Fire.

Pokémon
Typhlosion. Its back blazes, and fire envelops its entire body.
- Used by Jimmy's Typhlosion in The Legend of Thunder! to destroy the forcefield surrounding Raikou (debut).
Chimchar. It shoots flames from its mouth as it somersaults towards the foe.
- Used by Paul's Chimchar in Different Strokes for Different Blokes against Ash's Turtwig.
