'Frenzy Plant (Japanese: ハードプラント Hard Plant) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation III. In Pokémon Colosseum, it was erroneously named as Solid Plant
Effect
As of Generation IV, Frenzy Plant is the most powerful Grass-type move. It inflicts damage and then forces the user to recharge during the next turn. Unless this attack misses, the user will always have to recharge.
Learnset
In Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, an elderly woman on Cape Brink will teach Venusaur Frenzy Plant. Like Hydro Cannon and Blast Burn, the Pokémon must have a very high happiness rating.
