Team Skills replace the IQ system from earlier Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Games in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity. They are generally found in treasure boxes which can be opened for 150 Poké at Rampardos's shop in Post Town.

| Intimidation | It may make an enemy's attack fail |
| Trap Busting | You may break a trap instead of triggering it |
| Second-Chance | It raises the accuracy of the second attack when the first attack fails |
| Sneaky | You won't wake up a sleeping enemy even when you're next to it |
| Last-Minute | It raises the evasiveness when HP is low |
| Tough | You may not faint even if you take a critical hit |
| Guard | A pokemon near the leader sometimes blocks an attack on the leader |
