This card was released in the English BREAKthrough expansion, originating from the Japanese Red Flash expansion. It was reprinted as one of the XY-P Promotional cards in Japan, available as part of a Pokémon Center promotion, which ran from July 23, 2016 for as long as stocks lasted. Customers who purchased at least 5 booster packs from participating Pokémon Centers, Pokémon Stores, and Pokémon Store Outlets were given 1 or 5 possible promotional cards. This print features the Pokémon Center logo.
