Electrode (Japanese: マルマイン Marumine) is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the Jungle expansion.
Card text
Jungle print
If the Defending Pokémon isn't Colorless, this attack does 10 damage to each Benched Pokémon of the same type as the Defending Pokémon (including your own).
Legendary Collection print
If the Defending Pokémon isn't Colorless, this attack does 10 damage to each Benched Pokémon of the same type as the Defending Pokémon (including your own). (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)
Pokédex data
It stores electrical energy under very high pressure. It often explodes with little or no provocation.

Release information
This card was included in the Jungle expansion as both a Holofoil and Non Holofoil card, first released in the Japanese Pokémon Jungle expansion as only a Holofoil card. A Non Holofoil print of this card was later reprinted in the Legendary Collection expansion.
Early prints of the Unlimited Holofoil version of this card were printed without the Jungle set symbol. This error was corrected later in the print run. All 1st Edition prints of the Non Holofoil print erroneously have the artwork of Electrode from Base Set.
