Olivier (Japanese: オサバキ Osabaki) is a character who appears in Pedal to the Mettle! and Evolving Strategies!. His Japanese voice actor is Daisuke Sakaguchi and his English voice actor is Sean Schemmel. He is a traveling referee who had been called by Reggie to judge Ash and Paul's full battle.
