Rough Skin (Japanese: さめはだ Sharkskin) is an ability introduced in Generation III that hurts to touch. Only 2 Pokémon have this ability, both in the same evolutionary line. All moves that make physical contact with the Pokémon with Rough Skin will damage the user by 1/16 of their total HP after the attack is completed.
