Hayamizu was born on February 28, 1975, in Osaka, Japan, and became a voice actress as an adult. She started her work on the Pokémon anime in Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire. In Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl, she provided the voice of both Zoey and Rhonda. Hayamizu is currently affiliated with the talent agency Arts Vision.
