Origin
The TM cards featured in this expansion are based upon the system in which players are rewarded a Gym Leader's favored TM upon defeating them. In the Pokémon games, Pryce gives out TM16 (Icy Wind) in Generation II, and TM07 (Hail) in Generation IV. Freeze-Dry is a move later introduced in the Generation VI Pokémon games. The attack (including its precise effect and damage) also featured on the Articuno card from the Fossil set.
