Rebecca Soler is an American voice actress who works on the properties for 4Kids Entertainment, Central Park Media, Media Blasters, NYAV Post and DuArt Film & Video. She is a voice actress for the English dub of the Pokémon anime. Starting with the sixteenth season, she is credited as Jessica Paquet.
Pokémon roles
Soler's first few roles in Pokémon were right before the voice switch, portraying Kidd Summers, Rhoda, and Rhonda. Later on, after DuArt took over the dubbing from TAJ Productions, Soler returned to provide voices for the anime, starting with Losing Its Lustrous!.
