This card was released as one of two promotional cards, alongside Wobbuffet, available in the HeartGold & SoulSilver Three Pack Blisters. In Japan, it was released as a DPt-P Promotional card and available as a Gold Rank prize to members of the Pokémon Daisuki Club.
