Morino is a member of Team Great Rocket and the Fort Leader of GR Grass Fort from Template:Card GB 2.
His deck, the Mad Petals Deck (Japanese: くるえるはなびらデッキ), focuses on Pokémon, although it also contains a few and cards. In all duels against him, no Pokémon can be inflicted any Special Conditions.
When defeated, he gives out two We Are Team Rocket booster packs and the GR Grass Coin, also known as Arbok Coin, which grants the player to enter GR Lightning Fort.
Morino will not battle Mark/Mint unless the only type of Energy cards in their active deck are -type.
