At an attempt to resolve one of many edit wars on anime articles between Playerking95 and FinnishPokeFan92, I've added anchoring to all the anime sections so they can be listed in move and ability boxes with links to <code>Totem Pokémon#Totem (name)</code> or <code>Totem Pokémon#Ally (name)</code>. This satisfies Playerking95's desire for a link directly to the proper section and FinnishPokeFan92's desire for a link to information on the specific Pokémon in question.
