Miss Priscilla
Miss Priscilla (Japanese: サユリ Sayuri) a teacher from Earl's Pokémon Academy in Violet City, and appeared in A Bout With Sprout. She is voiced by 柚木涼香 Ryoka Yusuki in Japanese and Amy Birnbaum in English.
She teaches very young children how to train Pokémon but also seems to have a fair bit of local knowledge exhibited when she answers several questions asked about the Sprout Tower.
