Origin

Misty Surge is an Ability in the Pokémon games that Tapu Fini can have. Dazzling Gleam and Muddy Water are moves in the games that Tapu Fini can learn, the former via TM. Hydro Vortex, Twinkle Tackle, and Guardian of Alola are Z-Moves in the games that Tapu Fini can use by equipping Waterium Z, Fairium Z, and Tapunium Z respectively.
