Misty's Horsea (Japanese: カスミのタッツー Kasumi's Tattu) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the Gym Heroes expansion.

In Japan, this card was released in the Hanada City Gym Theme Deck. It was later released in the Gym Heroes expansion, having been previously reprinted in the Japanese Leaders' Stadium expansion.
