Gulpin using Spit Up.

Pokémon

Gulpin. A pink beam is fired from Gulpin's mouth. Sometimes creates a ball of pink light before the beam is fired, sometimes is instantly.

Effect

This move will fail if the user has not used Stockpile. The maximum amount of Stockpiles that can be used without loosing them is three. If used after the third turn, it will fail. If Spit Up is used after Stockpiling, the user will do damage according to the number of times Stockpile was used, and the Stockpile count will be reset.
