Ludicolo (Japanese: ルンパッパ Runpappa) is a Water-type Stage 2 Pokémon card. It is one of the Pokémon USA Black Star Promos.

Release information
In Japan, this card was released as both a holographic and non-holographic ADV-P Promotional card at participating 7-Eleven stores. Its English release was made available in the first EX Value Pack.
Trivia
This was the last Nintendo Black Star Promo to have a dot-code strip area, albeit without an actual dot-code strip.
