Larvesta and Joltik may be both part bug, but their stats are completely different, Joltik evolves relatively early compared to Larvesta, and Joltik is found via random encounter, while Larvesta is obtained from and egg, and {{p|Volcarona|it's evolution}} is only found once. Possible Trivia - Ability

I don't think Larvesta could even be close to a parallel of Joltik.
Larvesta and Joltik may be both part bug, but their stats are completely different, Joltik evolves relatively early compared to Larvesta, and Joltik is found via random encounter, while Larvesta is obtained from and egg, and it's evolution is only found once.
