Lucy Fleetfoot (Japanese: ルーシー・ライトフット Lucy Lightfoot) is the main character in the game Pokémon Trozei!. She is an agent of SOL (the Secret Operation League), working under Professor P. Her goal is to defeat the Phobos Battalion.
