Tomomi Kaneko is an artist at Game Freak who has worked on concept art as well as designs for both Pokémon and human characters. Kaneko is also an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Thus far, Kaneko has illustrated 3 cards, the first of which was Piplup from the Cosmic Eclipse expansion.
