This card was released as a Wizards Black Star Promotional card through Pokémon Leagues in February 2001. In Japan, it was included in the February 2000 issue of CoroCoro Comic, released on January 15, 2000. This print features the Gold, Silver, to a New World... set symbol, indicating that it is a promotional addition to the Japanese set.
