Would it attack once, then rest, making it a one turn move? Would it attack twice and rest for 2 turns? Or would it be attack twice, then rest one turn? I am just curious.

:Just tested. They both hit on the same round, and then recharge on the next turn, and are able to act again on the turn after. So, it works exactly like it would with any other Pokemon. When using an attack with Parental Bond, it will say "Hit 2 times!" as if it were a move like Double Hit.
