Marill should definitely be used for this template. 1 out of 3 female Azurill evolves into a male Marill. Ditto being here to be replaced by the user doesn't work, since there are six user pages with this template and five of them kept the Ditto (the other one changed to a Marill). Maybe people kept Ditto because they didn't know it could be changed. Marill is the perfect choice for this template. Ditto?

Marill, the transgender Pokémon
Marill should definitely be used for this template. 1 out of 3 female Azurill evolves into a male Marill.
