This article is about the in-game decorations. If you were looking for actual game systems, see Category:Nintendo.

A game system is a type of item exclusive to Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal. They are used to decorate the player's bedroom.

There are four kinds of game systems:

All of these are obtained using Mystery Gift. A room can only have one game system at a time, and it will always be in front of the TV. The player can pick which game system is set up by accessing the room's PC.

In Pokémon Stadium 2 there is a feature that allows players to view the entire room and its decorations, including any game systems, in 3-D. If a game system other than the Virtual Boy is set up, screenshots from several games for that system (such as The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the N64) will appear on the player's TV.
