Vincent's Meganium (Japanese: ジュンイチのメガニウム Jun'ichi's Meganium) was Vincent's starter Pokémon, obtained by him on the same day that Jimmy got his Typhlosion and Marina got her Totodile, as a Chikorita, as seen in a flashback in the special's Japanese theme sequence "A New Oath".
History
Meganium debuted in The Legend of Thunder!, helping to save Raikou from Attila and Hun.
It was see again in Tie On One! being mean to Squirtle and Bulbasaur along with Vincent's Azumarill until Harrison's Miltank used Heal Bell to calm them down. Vincent used Meganium in the Silver Conference in a battle against Ash's Bulbasaur. After a fierce battle, both Pokémon fainted resulting in a draw.

Trivia
- Meganium is the only one of the trio of starters belonging to Vincent, Jimmy, and Marina that was never seen in its middle form; Quilava was seen briefly in A New Oath, while Wani-Wani appeared as Croconaw in The Legend of Thunder!.
