Carr (front)

Carr (Japanese: チャクラ Chakra) was one of The Three Beasts of Team Rocket in the the Pokémon Adventures manga as part of the FireRed & LeafGreen chapter.

Carr fought and was defeated by Red on Five Island. However, upon the arrival of Deoxys, he defeated Red.

Carr later rebelled against Team Rocket, killing Orm in the process. He was successful in taking over Team Rocket, but was unable to kill Sird and Giovanni.

Carr programmed Trainer Tower's computer system, and the tower computer, named "R," adopts his mannerisms as a result, which Giovanni notes to be tacky and vulgar.

In the HeartGold & SoulSilver chapter, Carr is briefly seen ushering in his takeover of Team Rocket before the new Rocket Executives, Archer, Arianna, Proton, and Petrel overthrow him, deeming Giovanni the only rightful leader of the organization.
