Iscan lives by the sea. He is timid and easily frightened, and as such, he dislikes all {{type|Ghost}} Pokémon with the exception of Basculegion. He and his Basculegion saved [[Palina]] - a warden from the [[Pearl Clan]] - when he was younger. The two of them soon began a romantic relationship, which they keep a secret to the rest of the clan members, since they are aware of Palina's bad reputation amongst the clans and Palina doesn't want Iscan to also get a bad reputation because of her.

* Iscan in the only known member of the [[Diamond Clan]] whose home is located outside of the [[Diamond Settlement]].
* Iscan is the only warden from the Diamond Clan that cannot be battled.
