My brother used a catch trainers' Pokemon cheat on a Pokemon from each E4 member. (Their "signature Pokemon" <Drapion/Rhyperior/Magmortar/Garchomp> and Lucian's Espeon) They APPEAR to be all 30. (EVERY E4 member's Pokemon, not just Cynthia's.) I ran their stats through an IV checker.
