The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Page button. Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Also, if you want to edit multiple sections of the page, make sure that you click "edit this page" at the top of the page rather than editing it by section. Revert conflicts

Please keep in mind that reverting a revert, or adding content back in that has been removed, can constitute as edit warring, especially when no reason is given. Edit warring

Hi! Regarding Ash's Lycanroc, I wanted to once again remind you that adding content back in to an article that has been removed (not including clear vandalism) can constitute as edit warring, especially when no explanation is given. Please, use talk pages to sort these things out. If an agreement cannot be reached, you can always bring the issue to a staff member.

Trainer card images

Regarding this edit, the reason why Crystal had different ones for M & F were because the borders are different apart from the sprite. Is anything on the Trainer Card in the other games different for M & F apart from the sprites? Otherwise, I don't think each M & F variation is needed. → PikaTepig999 01:56, 26 October 2023 (UTC)

Rainbow and Silver Feathers

Good work moving those articles to match their new names. However, while making sure the correct sprite was in use at the older pages, you still left redirect links using the item's old name unedited. They can be edited to use the old name while still leading to the article without a redirect link in this way: [[Silver Feather|Silver Wing]]. Trevor and Carmine

I understand not wanting Carmine to be currently listed as a rival since she hasn't been officially referred to as one yet, but I don't think it's entirely fair to remove her rival info while only hiding Trevor's. I assume the reason for this is because Shauna/Tierno both have the Rival theme skill in Masters (and so it's only natural to assume that Trevor will follow suit), but it still doesn't sit right with me to completely remove the info for a character that you battle more times, clearly cares more about beating the player character, and can actually be rematched in the postgame. I do use the preview button. When I edit multiple times in a row, it is typically for one of a few reasons:

• I've made a large amount of changes that will be very difficult to read in the comparison view due to it not being the smartest at times.
• I've made so many changes that I'm worried about a loss of session data
• I'm doing ongoing research, and continue to discover new things in succession, not expecting more

I still do my best to minimize edit spam, but sometimes it is unavoidable. I will make an effort to minimize it further. Amiosi (talk) 16:24, 25 April 2024 (UTC)
