Spit Up (Japanese: はきだす Spit Up) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation III.

Effect
This move will fail if the user has not used Stockpile. If Spit Up is used after Stockpiling, Spit Up inflicts damage to the target and has no secondary effect. After Spit Up is used, the Stockpile count will be reset.
The base power of Spit Up depends on the number of times Stockpile was used. The base power varies as follows:
- One Stockpile = 100 base power
- Two Stockpiles = 200 base power
- Three Stockpiles = 300 base power

Gulpin. A pink beam is fired from Gulpin's mouth. Sometimes creates a ball of pink light before the beam is fired, sometimes it is instant.

Swalot. A white beam is fired from Swalot's mouth.
