Lucky Chant can now be stolen by Snatch.

429 Mismagius Mismagius raises to its forehead one of the extensions hanging from its body and chants repeatedly. Then, the gems on Mismagius's body start to glow pink. Magical crimson tentacles emerge from them, with which Mismagius strikes the opponent.
