Kinesis (Japanese: スプーンまげ Spoon Bend) is a mostly accurate non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation I.

Effect
Kinesis decreases the opponent's accuracy by 1 level.
Kinesis will do nothing if the opponent's accuracy level is at -6, and will fail if the opponent has a Substitute or is under the effect of Mist.

- Because of the absence of a move relearner in the first two generations, this move was nearly unobtainable, and the only possible way to obtain it in Pokémon Red and Blue was trading a wild Kadabra from other games.
