Dark City

Dark City is located in between the Safari Zone and Cinnabar Island in the anime, it does not appear in any of the games.

In Showdown at Dark City the city was the center of a battle between two unoffical Pokémon gyms. The Yas Gym and the Kas Gym both competed to be the gym of Dark City. The Yas Gym mainly used a Scyther and the Kas Gym used an Electabuzz. Ash and his friends worked together to stop the feud between the two gyms, and eventually they agreed to work together to rebuild the town they had destroyed in their fighting.
