Rifure Village (Japanese: リフレ村 Reflex Village) is an anime-only location in Kanto. It is home to Kinso, an artisan who makes Gym Badges. Cascade Badges are made there, and possibly other Gym Badges as well. It was featured in The Blue Badge of Courage when Misty had to get more Gym Badges and is located near Cerulean City.
