Squirtle using Withdraw

Withdraw is Squirtle's Side Special move. It hides into its shell and slides around the stage, damaging opponents it collides with. If jumped on, Squirtle will end up stuck on its back.

Pokémon Rumble Rush

In Pokémon Rumble Rush, all status moves including Withdraw could only be used by opposing Pokémon and could not be obtained on any caught Pokémon. Withdraw could be seen as a move used by Boss Shellder, Cloyster, and Tirtouga.
