Roar of Time (Japanese: ときのほうこう Roar of Time) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV. It is a Dragon-type variation of Hyper Beam, and is Dialga's signature move.
Effect
Roar of Time deals a large amount of damage and then forces the user to recharge during the next turn. Unless this attack misses, the user will always have to recharge.
