The Pokémon Performance Competition (Japanese: ポケモンパフォーマンス大会 Pokémon Performance Competition) is an anime-exclusive competition held in an unnamed town located between Nimbasa City and Driftveil City. It was featured in A Maractus Musical!.
It consists of a talent show in which Trainers and their Pokémon deliver a performance before an audience to showcase their skills. The acts may involve Pokémon dancing, playing a musical instrument, and using their moves.
Ash and his friends learned about it from Toby, who entered the competition with his trio of Maractus in order to practice for an upcoming audition at the Musical Theater in Nimbasa City.
