Pasio Friendiversary (Japanese: パシオともだち記念祭！) was a story event in Pokémon Masters EX. It was focused on the the sync pairs May and Latias, Skyla and Tornadus, and Raihan and Flygon.

The "May Poké Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting May (Anniversary 2022) and Latias from the beginning of the event to March 31, 2022. The "Skyla Poké Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Skyla (Anniversary 2022) and Tornadus from March 2 to 31, 2022. The "Raihan Poké Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Raihan (Anniversary 2022) and Flygon from March 4 to 31, 2022.

During this event, players could earn Event Vouchers L, Event Vouchers M, and Event Vouchers N from battles that could be redeemed in the Shop. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except the Daily Extreme Battles, which could only be challenged once per day. Extra vouchers were automatically exchanged with coins once the event was finished.

The player could battle using May (Anniversary 2022) and Latias, Skyla (Anniversary 2022) and Tornadus, or Raihan (Anniversary 2022) and Flygon to obtain +0.6× bonus vouchers; Lear and Hoopa, Nate and Braviary, or Lisia and Altaria to obtain +0.4× bonus vouchers; and any unlisted Psychic-, Flying-, or Dragon-type sync pairs to obtain +0.2× bonus vouchers.

The event areas were updated as the event continued. On March 2, 2022, Daily Extreme Battle 1 became unavailable, and Soar with Flying-Type Moves! Part 1, Soar with Flying-Type Moves! Part 2, and Daily Extreme Battle 2 were added. On March 4, 2022, Daily Extreme Battle 2 became unavailable, and Rage with Dragon-Type Moves! Part 1, Rage with Dragon-Type Moves! Part 2, Daily Extreme Battle 3, Battle Challenge! Round 1, and Battle Challenge! Round 2 were added.

Unlike most story events, all story areas in this event after the first one could only be unlocked after completing certain missions. Raihan's Photo Op required the player to obtain 650 Event Vouchers N, High-Flying Skyla required the player to obtain 650 Event Vouchers M, and Spectacular May required the player to obtain 650 Event Vouchers L. Players could earn a medal upon completing any one of these story areas for the first time. Meanwhile, the story area Sincere Thanks required the player to complete all three of these story areas.

This event featured the Battle Challenge, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with teams using various theme skills, earning medals and other rewards.

Raihan	The man of the hour is finally here. Welcome, Lear!
Lear	Huh? What's all the commotion? Is this some kind of special occasion?
Skyla	Yes, of course it is! That's why we're all here to celebrate!
Raihan	We heard all about it, Lear... Today is the anniversary of the day that you became mates with Hoopa! It's your Friendiversary!
Lear	How did you—?!
May	N noticed that Hoopa was looking restless and asked it what was up. That's when he learned that today was the day that you and Hoopa met. Of course, Hoopa didn't know the exact date, but with Rachel and Sawyer's help, we were able to figure it out.
Lear	So THAT's what was going on. I noticed those two were being sneaky about something.
Skyla	Anyway, that's why we're throwing this big celebration for the two of you today!
Lear	Hmph. Well, I suppose I can allow people to throw parties for me from time to time... But if you're gonna do it, you'd better do it right! This had better be one of the biggest and best celebrations that Pasio has ever seen!
Raihan	Naturally, mate. This party's gonna be so wild, it'll turn the whole island upside down!
Skyla	And now, let’s begin the Friendiversary celebration of Lear and Hoopa!

Lear	Hey! Stop stealing the spotlight, will you? This event is supposed to be about me, remember?

Raihan	Well, you see... Because of the sandstorm, most of the pictures didn't turn out too well...

May	Hehehe. Thanks! We had a really good time.
Lisia	If that's the case, May... How about being a contest idol back in Hoenn?
May	Wh-what?!
Lisia	How about it? Your performance was wonderful, and you've really got good instincts!
May	Me? In Hoenn...? Yeah! I wanna give it a try! It makes me a bit nervous to think about... but I really want to learn more about Pokémon Contest Spectaculars! And as long as I'm together with Latias, I'll be OK!
