Morphing Manectric (Japanese: ライボルト、化わる Livolt, Change) is the fourteenth round of the X & Y arc of the Pokémon Adventures manga.

Major events

  • X continues his battle against the Team Flare Grunt.
  • Trevor helps X battle the Grunt.
  • Clemont tells Y more about her mother's kidnapping.
  • Cassius arrives and defeats the Grunt's Espurr.
  • Clemont is sent flying by Psychic energy after he opens the Grunt's Espurr's ears to see the organs under them.
  • At the cost of its flower, Trevor's Flabébé retrieves Li'l Kanga and Élec's Mega Stones and gives them back.
  • X Mega Evolves Élec into Mega Manectric, allowing it to defeat the Grunt.
  • The Grunt escapes, but drops a document containing a list of various Pokémon and the Mega Stones required to Mega Evolve them.
  • X and Trevor return to their friends, only to find Y depressed from the news about her mother.
  • Cassius introduces himself and his friends to X's group.
  • Cassius introduces Emma, who has adopted one of the Grunt's Espurr.
