Milton
Milton (Japanese: ハワード Howard) is a character of the day of the Pokémon anime, who appeared in the episode A Dairy Tale Ending. He is Goldenrod City Gym Leader Whitney's uncle. He is voiced by 藤本譲 Yuzuru Fujimoto in Japanese and Eric Stuart in English.
Milton runs a Miltank dairy on the outskirts of Goldenrod City, which Whitney thinks is the greatest. On the dairy, he milks and takes care of his Miltank, as well as making his own dairy products, such as cheese and yogurt. He believes that the most important aspect of winning a Gym Badge is beating the leader's top Pokémon.
His farm is based on the in-game MooMoo Farm, despite being located near Goldenrod City instead of on Route 39.
