Kudo (Japanese: クドウ Kudō) is a character of the day in the Pokémon anime. He appeared in The Legend of Thunder!.
Kudo is an archeologist and a Pokémon researcher who believes that Raikou does not trust any humans at all, because of the actions of all humans in the past who have tried to control it, when it must be in the wild, most recently Attila and Hun.
