Kudo

Kudo (Japanese: クドウ Kudō) is a character of the day in the Pokémon anime. He appeared in The Legend of Thunder!. He is voiced by 布川敏和 Toshikazu Fukawa in Japanese and by John Campbell in English.
Kudo is an archeologist and a researcher who believes that Raikou does not trust any humans at all, because of the actions of Attila, Hun, and the rest of Team Rocket.
