Karsten (Japanese: カズオ Kazuo) appears in Drifloon On the Wind! and is the father of Paige and Marnie and the husband of one of the Nurse Joys. His English voice actor is Bill Rogers and his Japanese voice actor is 川島得愛 Tokuyoshi Kawashima. He works at the Valley Windworks.
